Verna, Goa

The project is an extension to an existing Indo-Portuguese styled villa. Located in a lush four acre tropical orchard, the home is designed to negotiate around the existing trees on the site. It comprises of a large double-height living room, a courtyard, an open terrace and a patio and verandah overlooking the orchard over the infinity edge of a swimming pool. The minimalist style of this extension is intended to be in stark contrast to the existing traditional Goan house.
